News Straits Times Business x Tradeview - Stories of Retail Investors & the Stock Market

Dear all, I have been rather busy recently hence there were lesser market commentaries compared to the past. The reason is because after my book launch, I have started working on a pro bono project on the side, to champion my personal belief; which is empowering retail investors and lending voice to them.

Most people like to read and hear stories from billionaires or those who are massively successful. But when I was writing my book, I realised that a lot of stories are just as interesting in the common people and ordinary retail investors. Mainstream media due to their limited time & space, have to always focus on the bigger story. As for social media, many are distorted and focus on the wrong crowd.

Through my writing, I hope to play a small part towards helping retail investors in Malaysia. So in collaboration with News Straits Times Business, I will be working with their journalist hand in hand to research, discover and share amazing investing stories of the everyday people in newspaper (print & online)

My hope is for retail investors to believe that they can overcome the stigma of "90% of retail investors lose money" and will be inspired to become a better investor with the right mindset.
